The Twist PS

The Twist is awesome! They knock themselves out to make sure you have everything you need. Honestly, this is why we don't go to a chain hotel. Family of 4 had all the space we needed. Kitchen and backyard were a bonus. Perfect location to be able to stroll downtown. I will say if you're staying in a downstairs room you'll likely hear your upstairs neighbors. But the trade off being a great backyard outdoor space so no big deal. Can't say enough about how kind, friendly and service oriented they are. Keep it up! We'll be back.

We had a great weekend at Twist. We booked the two bedroom and had plenty of space for the 4 of us (mom and 3 daughters). We hung out by the outdoor fireplace each night, and made ourselves breakfast in the kitchen each morning. A coffee shop on the corner, great shops and restaurants down the block, hot tub, pool, laundry…what more could you want? Andy was very welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. We’ll be back and recommend others to stay here, too.

Just spent 3 nights at The Twist. Perfect central location. The property was converted from apartments to hotel so the rooms are spacious. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, 1 bedroom. The hotel is tastefully decorated with updated modern look. The service and staff were excellent. My friends can be rather high maintenance guests. They saw to all our requests promptly and needs with a smile on their face. We will be back again to stay soon.

We loved this spot! From the great communication with Andy and Lynda before our arrival to the warm and attentive in-person welcome, the whole twist team killed it. We came mid week with our newborn and the suite was perfect! The kitchen was so well equipped and the patio with fire pit was ideal for hanging out at night. The pool was lovely and refreshing- a little chilly in the evening because of the shade & wind - but we really enjoyed it. I just wished we could have stayed longer. I was even brought water by the pool <3 thank you!!

Came to Twist for a retreat. I had the best time! Service was friendly, accommodating, all staff were pleasant and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The decor is fun! Modern contemporary & colorful, very uplifting. My first day , a couple of us were enjoying the hot tub and one of the managers personally brought us out a bottle of water to stay hydrated. As I said great service! Everyone is VIP at the Twist ;) Definitely will return.

Thank you thank you Andy! The best place to stay. Rooms are awesome, the whole property is lovely. We had the corner one we wanted with a private patio. But all rooms have something to offer. They openly show you the floor plan so you can decide based on what’s available. Love the pool. It’s clean everywhere. Felt safe with the door code to the pool. Andre even came to bring us water bottles. The rooms themselves are beautiful. So we’ll designed. Really trendy and retro. Kitchen is well appointed. I love the layout, with the room, closet and dressing area and then bathroom. While we loved our secluded first floor room, we also got to walk up to the second floor walk around and sit and watch the majestic mountains. It was mid week before busy season so we felt like we had the run of the place to ourselves. We loved this so much we extended by a night. Convenient bars and coffee place next door which is good, because being in Palm Springs North, otherwise it’s a 5-10 min walk to the first resto. Will come back, no doubt about it. This is likely our place anytime we go back to PS.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Twist and could not recommend this place more warmly. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, king sized comfortable bed, and cozy living/dining area. The pool area is really nice and well kept and the proximity to downtown PS is a huge plus. But what truly made the difference for us is the wonderful staff: Andy, Linda and David are all warm, caring people who are really looking to give the people staying at the Twist the best possible experience they can have. They are always available, always ready to help. I truly look forward to visiting PS and staying at the Twist again!

Great stay here at Twist PS. The room was spacious, clean, and was very Palm Springs. We stayed in the Presidential Flat which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom, and wrap around balcony. Having the balcony with the view of the strip plus the mountains behind was great. We didn't get to visit the pool but it was very large and looked to have plenty of lounge chair available. Parking lot was well lit and easily accessible. There is a speakeasy style bar, Tiki bar, and a coffee shop right below the hotel which is extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect.
